Ashley is excellent! The last time my Border collie/Husky was groomed (elsewhere), they shaved parts of her coat that have yet to recover, even after several months :/ Ashley saw my girl and immediately commented on the shave job and that clipping her coat like that was wrong. She said it would take some time, but that she'd get her fixed up. Recognizing the error followed by the reassurance that my girl's coat could be salvaged was definitely confidence-inspiring! And the results so far have been all positive :) Definitely recommend!
